On May 28, 2026, Alexa and Joey celebrated their marriage with an intimate wedding at The Glass House Community in Zeeland, Michigan.

I couldn’t have imagined a more unique setting for their day. Surrounded by glass, greenery, and the West Michigan countryside, the entire property felt tucked away from the rest of the world. It created such a relaxed and personal atmosphere for Alexa and Joey to celebrate alongside their family and friends. The occasional barn cat or group of ducks waddling by only added to the experience.

The Glass House could not have been a better match for Alexa and Joey. The natural light pouring through the glass, the plants filling the space, and all of the small details throughout the property gave us endless opportunities to create something beautiful.

Some of my favorite moments came while exploring the glass garden and surrounding grounds for their portraits. Alexa and Joey looked absolutely amazing in the space, and the combination of the soft light and greenery left my jaw on the floor. These are still some of the dreamiest wedding portraits I have ever had the opportunity to create.

Alexa and Joey were such a beautiful couple to work with, and their intimate celebration was such a pleasure to capture. Their day was thoughtful, relaxed, and completely their own, and I’m incredibly grateful that they trusted me to document it.
