Chloe and Nick’s wedding took place at the gorgeous Felt Estate in Holland, Michigan. I don’t think we could’ve asked for a better day, and Chloe put so much work and thoughtfulness into the design of the wedding. Every detail felt intentional and complemented the look of the estate so perfectly. Chloe even designed her own wedding invitations and handcrafted a clay bowl for every. single. wedding guest.

The Felt Estate is one of those venues that has so much character everywhere you look. Sitting right next to the Saugatuck Dunes and the Lake Michigan shoreline, the surrounding area is beautiful, but we honestly didn’t even have to leave the property for photos. Between the historic mansion, the gorgeous rooms and large windows inside, the architecture, gardens, and open grounds, there were so many different places to photograph throughout the day.

You could tell how open and trusting Chloe and Nick were when it came to photos, which made them such a joy to work with. They were willing to explore the estate, try different ideas, and let me take advantage of everything the venue had to offer. It was such a beautiful day from start to finish, and I’m so grateful I got to document it at one of the most gorgeous wedding venues in Michigan.
